Dear Ms Pichler, today I received back my absolute favourite Fope necklace. I have checked the invoice three times, but could not find any charges – neither for labour, nor for materials, nor for postage. If this is indeed correct, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Such a level of service quality is truly rare nowadays.
