Jana Schweigl – driven by passion, dedication and joy

Since joining our team as a jewellery consultant in December 2025, Jana Schweigl has quickly become an integral part of the Tiroler Goldschmied family. It took only a few days for us to realise just how much she would enrich our team.

With her warm smile and naturally open personality, Jana has a wonderful way of connecting with people and making every customer feel genuinely welcome. Young, curious and eager to learn, she brings remarkable dedication, versatility and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Jana is primarily based at our boutique in Tirolo, while also supporting our teams in Merano and Scena whenever needed. Flexible and dependable, she is always ready to step in — bringing energy, commitment and a positive spirit wherever she goes.Her enthusiasm extends well beyond the boutique.

Jana is actively involved in our marketing activities, supports events and photo shoots, and will soon represent Tiroler Goldschmied at selected trade fairs. She approaches every new challenge with genuine curiosity, learns quickly and continues to grow with every experience.

Warm-hearted, helpful, adaptable and always cheerful, Jana is the kind of colleague you can rely on. Her openness and enthusiasm make a difference every day — helping to create an atmosphere in which our customers and our entire team feel truly at home.

We asked Jana a few questions:

What would you say is your signature?
My signature is my positive and friendly nature. I enjoy meeting people, approaching them openly and always paying attention to the little details. And anyone who knows me knows that my curls are simply part of who I am.

What do you love most about your work?
I love being creative and helping people find a piece of jewellery that feels truly right for them. Seeing a customer’s face light up is incredibly rewarding. Even more special is being able to accompany people during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives.

What makes it special to you?
I love the IO collection for its sculptural, three-dimensional design, which gives every piece such a distinctive presence.
But what I find particularly appealing is its sense of individuality. No two people are alike, and jewellery offers such a beautiful way to express who we are — our personality, our character and all the facets that make us unique.

What is the most memorable or unexpected moment you have experienced at Tiroler Goldschmied?
There have already been many moments that have stayed with me. One of the highlights was our large catalogue photo shoot. It was fascinating to experience everything that happens behind the scenes and to see how much creativity and work goes into bringing a collection to life.
Another moment was especially touching: I was able to help a customer find a way to wear a very special piece of jewellery again — something that held a great deal of meaning for her. Seeing how much emotion and happiness a piece of jewellery can bring into someone’s life reminded me once again why I love what I do.

How do you like to spend your free time?
I volunteer with great enthusiasm for the White Cross, which is something I find incredibly rewarding. I also practise martial arts, which is the perfect way to clear my head and recharge after work.  And whenever I need to clear my head and enjoy a little freedom, I get on my motorbike.
