LA PREZIOSA Pompei collection – jewelry that makes history

Inspired by the Italian ancient world – our LA PREZIOSA Pompei collection reinterprets ancient treasures in a youthful and contemporary way.
A smell of pine was in the air as Hannes Gamper and his wife Manuela explored the ancient city of Pompeii in 2021. They walked along age-old paths and marveled at archeological finds and architectural masterpieces that made history. Hannes Gamper, being a trained sculptor with a special penchant for architecture was both fascinated and motivated. He was especially fond of an impressive ancient necklace with massive elements made from yellow gold and lovingly intertwined that once adorned an elegant lady’s neck.
Back in the South Tyrol the designer immediately set himself to work. In December 2022 he presented his latest design: A link chain necklase made from high-gloss 18-carat rose gold, with gold and yellow gold, inspired by the digs in Pompeii and available as both a necklace and a bracelet. Different sizes (4, 6 and 10 millimeter) and lengths cater to the individual requirements and needs of our clients. These pieces of jewelry can be combined and personalized with pendants, braclets, rings and other elements from other collections like the Coin collection.
